Great Functionality for Cisco Resellers
We struggled with the ability to keep accurate SMARTnet contract information on our customers with manual imports into salesforce. With StrataVAR PSW, we sync all our contracts, site locations, and serial numbers right from CSCC into our salesforce and link them to Accounts with the push of a button. The StrataVAR team is extremely responsive, and the implementation was smooth. They even helped customize the install to fit how we wanted it to work in our existing salesforce environment.
