Five Years Later, We're Still Unworking Errors

When my organization transfered to Salesforce in 2022 we hired EBQ to help us rebuild our CRM from Virtuous and Hubspot. We were given a plan but the account executive that was assigned to us clearly had very little experience in this work (nice guy though!). To this day we're still trying to fix the issues that were created by EBQ and I find myself often wishing I had done the work myself so we'd have a full understanding of how things were implemented.

EBQ has been an outstanding partner. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely attuned to the needs of a nonprofit organization. Their team is a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to continuing the relationship in the future.

I obviously don't have anything to compare them to, but having EBQ build out our SalesForce might have been the smartest thing we've ever done. They are a very well run company that meets us where we are at and helps guide us into making better decisions. The value is huge. We're paying for one half time employee, but every week we get to meet with four layers of EBQ just to make sure we are taken care of. I am very pleased with our decision to go with EBQ.

EBQ was incredible to work with, specifically Makenzi, Ramya, and Cole. They gave us a lot of information, which was hard to digest sometimes, but they always checked in and helped us when we tried to put it to use. We couldn't have asked for a better team.
