Before deciding on 360 SMS we had tested various SMS apps. 360 SMS met all of our needs and then some. My first contact with Versha Verma and Ayushi Verma were positive. They walked me through the app features, deployment, testing, our contract (even allowing for some adjustments for staggered pricing based on our need for staggered licensing), and finally the whole team ensured the A2P 10DLC registration was pain free. And while the registration took longer than desired (at no fault to the 360 SMS team), the team continued to give updates on the progress.
