We have been working with Xtivia since 1998. We appreciate their knowledge of us and our business as well as their knowledge of Salesforce and other expertise they bring to the table.
Working with Xtivia on Phase one of our implementation was wonderful. Jim/James Walsh was great and very communicative. Flexible as needed to maintain the project outcome in a timely manner. Jim was a great trainer and if there were questions he was able to answer right away. We enjoyed working on this project with the Xtivia team, great resource to utilize for the set up.
Xtivia came in and finalized my Community Portal in record time as I already had 2 projects waiting to add users. They talked me through the design and created instructions for me to add additional users. This group took the immense blocks off my shoulders of trying to learn various setups. They were quick to adjust to various changes as we tested the end result. They helped me take our Salesforce database to a new level of implementation. We are already working on our next project with them.
Working with Zach and his team was about as seamless of a process as possible when doing this type of thing. They were pretty spot on with timeframes and budget. They were quick to respond when we had implementation issues and were willing to assist us with out of scope issues that arose as well. The Xtivia team is certainly our default go to for our next SF projects.
