Economic Change has been extremely efficient in conducting this project. They have shown a great understanding of our organisation and really cared to build a CRM that worked for us. They made the process very clear so there was no surprise. We couldn't be more satisfied with our choice to work with them.

Economic Change setup a Salesforce database to support our work as an art gallery and a registered charity. They were very supportive and there was great communication throughout the process. We focused on Contact/Account and Relationship Management, Opportunity Management, Events Management and Reporting and plan to further customise the database with Economic Change in the future.

Lambeth Larder is a micro-social enterprise with a wide reach. Our challenge has been how to build mechanisms that will allow us to safely manage increasing data, measure impact and work collaboratively. Specifically, we wanted to safely manage beneficiary, partner and stakeholder relationship data, enquiries, fundraising, and resources. We also needed to integrate with MailChimp. Economic Change provided the support and expertise to design, build and implement a bespoke CRM system that meets our growing needs. Their experience and understanding of working with Voluntary and Community sector organizations are invaluable. We found the training and resources extremely useful and the involvement of an Economic Change trainee in the project a real asset. We have been impressed with project management, despite having to deliver the whole project remotely, due the Covid-19 crisis. We look forward to working with Economic Change in future on the next phase of the project (hopefully in person!).

All of our interactions with Economic Change were great. We had broad business objectives set out to manage and audit contacts with external stakeholders, manage grants and implement Scrum within the organisation. Economic Change were able to incorporate all of these needs into a plan and actively engaged us with all parts of the development process. Over time some of these needs evolved and they adapted development to reflect these changes.

Our experience with Economic Change was really positive - they supported us to configure Salesforce in a way that will allow us to track impact on a project. With all of the team brand new to Salesforce, they made us feel supported and clear on the journey every step of the way. They also made really valuable suggestions around managing some of the changing elements of the project. We have gone on to work with Economic Change for other areas of our work
