Great Product and Great Support

The App was easy to install and the documentation on how to use it was very user friendly. I did need help creating a filter but was able to schedule a meeting same day with tech support. I cant say enough about the tech support! They answered my question, provided some additional training and were over all very helpful. I did have a follow up question after my meeting and received an answer back same day!!! Would highly recommend this app!!

Great tool and saves time

Requirement was to build multiple rollup summary fields for custom object relations, instead of writing apex code. Also, saved me the trouble of doing a mass data load for all records as the batch feature on the settings page is a god send! very nice error handling, logs and setup. Very easy and intuitive UI and their manual provides all the details. Highly recommend!

A must have!

Essential for summarizing at parent level based upon critieria, such as last n days, or where there is no Master/Detail relationship. Summarizing the contacts with a specific score for example. You'll need to understand how to create a SQL string for advanced filtering, but apart from that the set up is quite simple. The customer support is excellent. Word of caution though. Don't get over happy with roll ups, especially with large amounts of data and scheduling batch jobs for recalculation. These kinds of transactions whether through this application or writing your own custom apex have significant system resource demands.

Great tool to bypass master-detail rollups in Salesforce

Our org has this app installed and it has saved us the need for custom development as we are now able to create validations based in Rollups in custom objects that are not master detail. Not only the app is great with features for batching, synchronous and asynchronous rollups but the support team at the Customer Experience Company is outstanding. They helped us implement Apex Triggers for our custom objects and we are now able to write our own triggers and test. This has saved our companies hours and dollars in developments. Keep up the great work!

Great Roll Up Tool

We have this app installed in our Org and it is fantastic. We have a complex series of roll-up calculations taking place across both master-detail and lookup relationships to support our business processes which span standard and custom objects and have apex code, workflow and approvals operating on them. As an Administrator I am able to easily configure the roll-up summaries I need through the purpose built UI with clicks not code. We have a series of real-time and batch calculations taking place in our org that would otherwise be impossible to implement without complex coding. As a Administrator this app has allowed me to deliver complex roll-up calculation without having to engage developers, I would recommend this to any Admin looking to perform roll-up calculations on lookup relationships.
