Phil and the team went above and beyond to listen, scope the project and provide a number of excellent solutions within time and budget. Their knowledge is second to none and nothing is too much trouble, no question to silly. Thank you for your expertise and service.

This is the third project with the team and as always communication is prompt, customer service has been excellent and we have the desired outcomes that we were hoping for. Great work

We've been partnering with Cloud Galacticos for several years now so a Managed Services package was the right thing for us. With regular support hours and access to a skilled team of developers we're able to continually maintain and upgrade our Salesforce org to meet STEP's needs in supporting and growing our membership.

We worked with Cloud Galacticos on delivering a large, strategic project that looked to make our Salesforce Org a golden source of data for reporting. Our Org is made up of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Field Service Lightning and connectors to other internal apps where our user base includes internal and external users. When we started out the analysis, it quickly became apparent we had problems in all areas of our org from data to architecture to process. Cloud Galacticos started out understanding all these problems, offering expert advice and designing solutions to fix our problems as well as meeting the requirements of the project. They always focused on long-term, strategic and logical solutions that were sure to be suitable for users as well as ensured architectural stability and data integrity. Given a tight deadlines, CG were still able to deliver a robust, complete solution for what was a very complex problem. Working with them was an absolute pleasure and even though we were on a tight time constraint, the team from Cloud Galacticos still made the time to collaborate with our internal team and offered advice on other development tasks ongoing within the Org. We, as a team, learned a lot from them and there work has been instrumental in setting us on the right path for continuing to improve our Org and how we develop in the future.

STEP were looking for a way that perspective members to complete and submit an application for membership online. This includeed uploading references and suporting documents and the ability to track the progress of the application as it moved through various stages of review. Cloud Galacticos delivered this by creating a community based portal connected to our website where applicants could register and complete an application directly into Salesforce. We have been very pleased with how this turned out and are now in the process of moving our other applications online.

We have had a support contract with Cloud Galacgicos for a number of years now and have always been happy with the work they do and their quick responce to any issues we have.
