It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kathy throughout this process. I wish Salesforce had partnered with us with Kathy and Orion for our original build and implementation. Kathy went above and beyond to help with everything I brought to the table, offering to assist with the poorly built product from the original implementation company. Her communication and follow-up are excellent.

Kathy was a great partner for our team to understand Maps capability. There is still a lot to the tool to learn but for beginner level, she did a wonderful job helping us get setup. Orion is the best implementation partner I have ever worked with. They have been integral in the successful launch of our Net Zero Cloud instance. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and are able to educate you, as a user of the tool, on all of the features of Net Zero but also on the intricacies of carbon footprint measurement. They are incredibly patient as well and will ensure you understand what you are doing instead of rushing through each step and leaving the user confused and unable to be self-sufficient. As we expand our use of the tool, we only plan to work with Orion to assist us as they truly are best in class.
