When I started at Unity, Tom Brown from BlackTab had already been on-board. He was able to quickly get me up to speed and pinpoint critical issues to address immediately. I also relied on him to deliver on multiple tasks and projects - from standard config (VRs, workflows, process builders, etc) to reporting. What I appreciated most was Tom's ability to ask the right questions of our stakeholders, to understand the business problem and not just jump to the solution. An amazing team

As the systems manager responsible for Salesforce at GitHub for the past year or so, I was extremely fortunate to work with Tom and Nolan and have them help augment our in-house team. In addition to participating in our weekly planning and prioritization meetings, they worked with our analysts and internal business stakeholders to understand, document, and implement our various requirements and system changes. While implementing both declarative changes and by performing more advanced development, their work and communication styles (and expertise, of course) helped us accomplish far more than we ever had before.
