great app that simplifies integration
Workbot makes it really easy to integrate Slack and Salesforce. For example, creating custom notifications is a breeze and you can basically pull any field in from Salesforce. Does require a basic understanding of data modelling to make the most of it. Also some of the more advanced functions can take a while to master.
Love cooking up some recipes!
Working in the non-profit sector poses unique and complex process challenges. In a lot of cases, Workato recipes saved the day when it came to streamlining things and unifying platforms. Since our team uses Slack as well, this seemed like a no-brainer. I would definitely recommend Workato if you are looking to simplify things!
