Adam at Cloudtopia brilliantly grasped the complexities of our business and product at our initial 'discovery' session. He then configured Salesforce to suit our needs, including custom fields, reports and dashboards which we used for our board meeting. This was followed by an on-line training session which left us with confidence in the platform and our ability to use it, which we are now doing fruitfully.
