Our Customer Care Team at the Financial Times have recently completed a much needed upgraded from our SF Classic CRM system to SF Lightning. Pexlify were our partners during this upgrade and the expertise they brought to this project ensured we had a smooth transition to our new CRM platform. During the discovery phase, Pex held weekly workshops to understand how how we use Salesforce and to identify opportunities where we could improve the way we work. We were very impressed at the speed of which Pex learned our processes and the nuances between our various teams. We would highly recommend involving SMEs from your business in these workshops, as this built a solid working relationship between Pex and our various SMEs. When the project moved to development, Pex hosted meetings with SMEs to display how the new processes would look in Lightning and to gain feedback. Pex made iterations to incorporate this feedback and held follow up meetings with SMEs. We found this personable and proactive approach very rewarding - Pex wanted to take our feedback on board and apply their own expertise to develop a system that really worked for us. This has been a huge change for our team and we have had to learn a number of new features that SF Lightning brings - whether that be reporting, a new omni channel feature, a different UI - and we felt well prepared for this change due to the ongoing support that Pex provided. Pex created 'train the trainer' videos, which we could share with teams to show how a new process works in Lightning, and they also were very supportive and proactive in answering questions that were raised by our Training Teams.
