I recently sponsored the introduction of the sales cloud into my business and found myself working alongside Niels as our primary consultant. Niels' infectious enthusiasm, huge subject knowledgeable and undoubted ability to conceptualise, define and implement not only out of the box but needed bespoke solutions was simply phenominal. I was fortunate enough to work alongside Niels on a green-field Sales Cloud implementation for very large UK based manufacturer. Bell & Regent implemented a Salesforce database system for controlling our laboratory work requests. Niels Bryan-Low was committed to the project and acted like a member of our own team. Once the requirements were explained, he needed a minimum of supervision to fulfil the brief and when faced with unexpected challenges, he was very resourceful in recognising solutions and often showed a depth of understanding of the requirements that equalled our own. His outlook was positive and his manner pleasant and he was always willing to take the time to explain things that we did not understand. I have no doubt, in view of his performance with us this year, Niels will be a productive contributor and a valuable member of a team working on any similar project.

Niels from B&R conducted an extremely professional and intuitive review of our business practices with a real focus on understanding our key challenges and opportunities before then implementing a Salesforce system geared to our needs. He took what could have been a complex and confusing project and broke it down into simple to understand steps and really did listen to what we felt we needed as a team-guiding us where necessary based on his extensive experience. Bell & Regent have recently completed an excellent strategic and tactical review of our current, highly complex, Salesforce deployment.
