I've worked with Heather at 17 Grapes for 2 years now on various Salesforce tasks. She's always so helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and is quick to respond. When I started my current role, I was new to Salesforce and had a lot to learn, as I run the marketing team and use Salesforce daily. Our partnership with 17 Grapes has been in both Salesforce development as well as in a training capacity. 17 Grapes delivered what they promised and then way overdelivered in design, detail, and follow-up

Finding a Salesforce Consulting company to start from scratch can be challenging unless, that is, you work with 17 Grapes Business Consulting. In my process I contacting 5 companies, narrowed that down to three for proposals and then overwhelming selecting 17 Grapes as our choice to build out Salesforce. First, I worked with Jason Mills of 17 Grapes on the bid pricing and the layout of the Salesforce design. Jason came back to me with a quality offer which was the highest of our bids by a bit, but clearly giving us more quantity and quality in the design. Along the way, I personally me Jim Haley, the managing partner and he saw to it that we were set up with Salesforce themselves to get the licenses; but he also exhibited great professionalism in setting expectations of the product. This was all followed with Heather Haley taking our project and building it out with her Team from end-to-end. Heather was super knowledgeable, flexible and creative in creating what we needed from Salesforce. AND. Heather came in under budget, which gave us valuable credit towards improving our Salesforce design at a later date, which in our situation ended up being an enormous value. 17 Grapes Business Consulting is a solid, reputable and dependable Salesforce Consulting company. I highly recommend them to anyone.

For the most part, the Rep assigned to our company was very helpful and pleasant to work with. If there was something outside her realm of knowledge, she would reach out to others. Any projects that were not finished were due to a glitch in the software and not a lack of effort on their part. If I had any constructive criticism to give, I would say...there could be a little more consistency with timely follow-ups or status updates Overall I was very please with my experience, implementing SalesForce with 17 Grapes.

AVOID: Not able to successfully complete projects or retain good employees.

In the last year, it seems that they have had almost a 100% turn over on staff, I have been shuffled from consultant to consultant and I'm lucky if they respond to emails, let alone actually do the work that they say they did. I've had so much "free work" to make up for their lack of ability to deliver, that I have no idea how they are still in business. I've suffered through Heather (the owner's daughter) blowing off my emails and our meetings. It took several months to get a report out of her and it still doesn't work. Then I got Gavin, who was OK before disappearing off of the face of the earth and not actually doing any work. Then there was Shane. I don't think he knew anything about salesforce. At all. Finally I got Ann as my PM. She's a big fan of blowing off meetings, agreeing to do things, and then simply not responding or lying. I don't know how many times someone has died or she has had covid at this point. Not to mention that they charge me .25 hours to read an email, to write a status report, to send out the status report, or to invoice me. That's an hour every week of my budget disappearing on non-deliverable activities. I would not recommend if you want to actually start using your Salesforce in the near future. It's all talk and no results.
