Levio has been a fantastic partner in our work to integrate both Marketing and Data Clouds. The team is smart, strategic, and patient as they help us learn a sophisticated system. Soljit provided white glove service throughout the 3-month project, and this is considering the suite of products we installed - Service, Sales, Marketing, Experience Clouds + CRMA and Slack & Salesforce/Jira integrations/enhancements. The grit and determination the Soljit team showed was second to none as our company navigated the change management of working through our first business Digital Transformation. However, the most profound skill/insight Soljit provided above all else was solving our business architecture - a problem our company has faced since its inception. Soljit’s elegant design of how our “pieces fit” is proving to be the bedrock of our business that the company never had. We are now enabled to find insights in our data that we never knew possible, and directly translate this information into business action. Due to the elegant design, insights are being provided to business verticals that never had tangible metrics in the past like our Legal and Product teams. A helpful tip when working with Soljit is to have boots on the ground - key internal operational stakeholders that will manage the Salesforce project for the years to come. These people will come in handy has these internal stakeholders can have in depth conversations with the Soljit teams to determine the best solutions given the business requirements. Overall, Soljit’s partnership has been a massive success and the value derived from our Phase 1 digital transformation is well worth the investment. We will continue to work with the Soljit team for our phase 2 and beyond.
