Johan E has been more than fantastic and continues to be! 24/7 support, strategies and cheering. An invaluable resource and person. As for Tieto they need to examine the way datamigration was outsourced. Much time was lost and the outcome very ineffective - delaying the project and pushing us very very close (a week) from having to extend our licenses with your competitor with whom we have a prior engagement. This was of course handled with great love and care by Johan E who quite literally worked around the clock. So FANTASTIC resources - but for the stress levels of all parties, better workflow setup. That said, it was a first try with this setup from Tietos party, and we did finish in time!

I have based my judgement on the successful execution of a merger project of two Salesforce instances into one, where we received excellent support from highly experienced and motivated people in the Finland TIETO team in order to stay on track (schedule & budget). From the first day on, this team made sure, everybody understands the objectives, the plan and tasks forward and most important created a common spirit to get things done. It has been a great pleasure working with Terhi and Anna. Special thanks to them, but of course thanks to everybody in the TIETO background team, as well.
