Chatter Finally Being Utilized the way it Should!

Finally, someone is making chatter do what it always should've done!!! From the first day I started using salesforce over 6 years ago I always felt that Chatter could and should be so much more. Everyone I know has to find another company-wide instant messaging platform because Chatter is so in-ept as a real-time communication platform. In doing so they loose the documentation and the truly contextual conversation that is possible with Chatter. Instead they use other services to try and bridge that gap though nothing even comes close. I give this 5 stars not because it is not buggy (there are some bugs, see below) but because this is so much needed on the Salesforce Platform. Feedback time: In the mixed environment (mac, windows, iOS, android, chrome) we do need native apps that work for more than the Apple ecosystem. The web application just doesn't quite work the way the Mac app and the iOS app does. There are many times where those apps just won't load. If money is an issue to get the development further along please know that many of us already pay for other messaging applications and would gladly pay more per user per month (or per org) to make something like this a functional reality. We should all be spreading the news on how awesome this is!
