  • Better Targeting: It's easy to automatically send Localytics’ rich mobile data to SFMC. In-App Messaging (beta): Localytics in-app messages can be added to Journeys directly in Journey Builder, giving customers a new way to interact with their users.

  • Advanced Push Capabilities: Localytics supports embedded images, action buttons, and more. And, Localytics push notifications can be built and edited directly inside Journey Builder.

  • Geofencing: Our built-in solution supports up to 10,000 unique geofences that can be used to send real-time location-based messages or store analytics. Analytics: A full suite of analytics reports, removing the need for a separate analytics vendor.

Since 2016 Localytics has been an App Innovation Partner (AppExchange) with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Our Connector enables our joint customers to combine rich mobile user data and Localytics mobile engagement channels with all of the capabilities supported by the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating a true closed-loop ecosystem and a 1:1 customer journey across all channels. This means that Localytics let’s brands take their mobile marketing to the next level, allowing them to send extremely targeted push notifications, in-app messages, inbox messages, and remarketing campaigns. Advanced features like predictive segmentation (predicts what users will do in the future) and geofencing give marketers new arrows in their quiver. All of this is backed up by extremely robust analytics, including unequaled campaign reporting that shows exactly how each campaign has driven changes in user behavior.
