Mentorship and Consulting Work
As a new Salesforce Administrator, I had the opportunity to be mentored by Brian Kwong. It was a great experience to give me a starting point in the new role, assist in determining best practices for a Salesforce Administrator such as using Cases to track your work and requests. As a consultant, Brian was able to suggest improvements and updates to our Salesforce systems to streamline and simplify processes put in place. He provides information to think through all scenarios so that we can select the best option for our business. I would highly recommend Better Partners for Salesforce mentorship and consulting needs.
