Shaman is great meeting tool for offline face-to-face meetings and web meetings. It helps you to manage sales content, build sales guidance/methodology, collect information during the meeting to quickly create a call report to sync with salesforce.com
Shaman makes sure Salesforce.com will be filled with high quality meeting and client data, as meeting data is automatically saved, follow-up tasks can be added and the sales rep can quickly create a call report (offline) directly after every meeting.
With Shaman you can manage all your sales content (ppt, pdf, video, etc) and make sure everybody has access to the right content at the right time. Use the Shaman Meeting Canvas to create interaction and add meeting flow, sales method or guidance.
With meeting analytics you get a better understanding of what happens in every meeting. This helps to develop best practices for sales, measure individual activity and improve your sales content and meeting structure.
The Shaman Connector let's you easily sync all meeting data with Salesforce.com. Think about meeting times, duration, content discussed, feedback questions and follow-up tasks. You can take notes and create a quick call report including meeting rating, contact rating, sales funnel progress, next obstacles, liked and disliked content. It offers free text fields to add additional information. You can also obtain customer information during the meeting, by including questions in the presentation. These clicks will be recorded and saved with the meeting. Think about targeting, segmentation or preference questions. Shaman gives you much more control about the data collected.
