We asked OSH Solutions to help us implement Salesforce Service Cloud for our Customer Care department, together with our own engineers and Product Owner. We love to work with them: After setting up a basic framework rapidly, we worked together with an agile way-of-working on the most valuable stories. The OSH-consultants prove to be very efficient as they are very skilled Salesforce professionals, with a willingness to really understand our business flows and user demands. The agile-mindset is a big bonus for us. Each sprint contains new features, but also improvements, based on their gathered feedback from users. As of the size of our Customer Care, each improvement has a major effect on our business. The insights of OSH helps us to become smarter and efficient. At this point we ended the set-up phase and are working on continuous improvement. We have asked OSH to join us in these next steps, as we know that they will partner with us to become better every day!
