Through our pandemic response, SmartApps was excellent. I gave them a very honest briefing of the extremely changeable environment they were walking into and gladly they accepted the challenge. The technical delivery and absolute professionalism display by the team was second to none. They build and delivered a solution that was able to be reconfigured to meet new Health Orders within hours of changed requirements being announced. This delivery was unheard of and the business truly valued the partnership that was formed.
