The partnership with NobleCX began primarily to support migration into Salesforce, however it quickly became apparent that we could improve our UX and make process efficiencies if we utilised their expertise with ongoing support and solution design. We now have a regular support arrangement and have deployed enhancements in communications, marketing, donation management and custom solutions since partnering in 2018. We hope to remain working together into the future, finding new ways to grow our impact.

Fantastic engagement. We had complex uplift requirements in our CRM with many interdependencies with other moving projects. NobleCX patiently and diligently worked through them all with us and delivered a solution design product so comprehensive that our IT dept were able to build it very efficiently without further support from Noble CX.
