User friendly tool ensuring data is clean and accurate
We have been using CDT since we went live on Salesforce in June 2018. This tool is user friendly and has become an integral part of our data loading to the Salesforce Platform, we are able to minimise the risk of creating duplicate records as well as carry out multiple validations to ensure the accuracy of our supporter data received from third parties. CDT loads data into our Salesforce Holding area meaning that we have a full audit trail in once place, it’s also very easy to see if data has successfully loaded or failed making troubleshooting quick and easy.
