Salesforce Implementation

I don't know where to begin from. We started our journey with salesforce implementation in 2016 December. The Pune based company we started, with wasted our 1 year and the experience with them was harrowing. We had almost given up on Salesforce implementation. Then, Salesforce, upon understanding our problem, put us in touch with Quosphere. Of course, by that time we as an organisation had lost all faith and patience. However, I was contacted by Amith, from Quosphere. From the first conversation, i felt like I should give this company a chance. After a week, when we had the first meeting at their office, two things were strikingly visible - Amith and his entire team's - Sourav and Darshan, professionalism and their capability of understanding businesses and their challenges. Their expertise in various features of salesforce and ability to understand our complex model meant that now instead of us suggesting what we require from the software, they suggested us what features we should be using, for now and for future as well. From dealing with a company with whom we had to regularly chase for progress, here was a company who delivered most of the things before the deadlines, just making the whole process very comfortable and enjoyable. Their business understanding skills, deep insights about salesforce features, vast experience and good communication skills means we have pre decided to go with Quosphere for our next module of development.
