Centric consulting was a great partner in our transition to Salesforce AE. It helped our small marketing team gain confidence in using such a dynamic and complex platform and Alex was friendly, direct, helpful and consultative during our entire time working with them. Business needs change, especially with the constant change in marketing, and agility is a necessity. Centric helped us create executive marketing dashboards that presented KPIs visually. After a couple years, we realized we outgrew those reports and are working through implementing B2B MA in addition to revamping the executive dashboards to meet the needs of our business so we can make data-driven decisions confidently.
