Cloud Mentor was our Litify/Salesforce implementation partner. The were very efficient during implementation and now as we use them as our primary partner for ongoing development. They are easy to work with and get the job done!

Great partner

We just completed a migration from three systems to two Salesforce based platforms, Litify and Accounting Seed. It was a very challenging conversion and Cloud Mentor was with us every step of the way. They understand our vertical and worked with us to get what we needed out of the system. Vikram, Eric and Richa take fabulous care of their clients and want the relationship and implementation to be nothing but successful. Hard Working Implementation Teams

From the outset of the project, the project manager was upfront with our team about the necessity of our internal team to put in work to meet project deadlines to keep us on a reasonable timeline. At the beginning of the project, Eric recommended that we complete the Litify Training Hub modules to understand how Litify worked before designing our organization. This helped us tremendously to understand the basics of what we could and could not do with Litify. Combining three software systems into one had its challenges, but Richa and her team worked tirelessly to find solutions to the issues we were running into.

Successful Litify Implementation

Our team was tasked with replacing a built in-house database system that our team had been using for over 15 years. While it was outdated, it was highly customized to fit our unique needs and therefore finding a replacement was a huge undertaking. After discovering Litify and getting teamed up with CMentor, we were very pleased to find a product that could meet all of our needs in one platform. Our needs are very unique and multifaceted in many respects with the line of work that we do. Eric and Richa from the CMentor team were always hard at work to make sure our needs were being met, including building out several highly customized features. Every hurdle we came to, they worked with us to address and find solutions. Overall, we have built great relationships with Eric and Richa and look forward to future projects and opportunities to work with them.

Project Management Review

It started off shaky with the team assigned because they did not quite get our firm or our process, or ask the appropriate questions. However, Cloud mentor (Vikraam) realized the disconnect and we were assigned to another team. Thankfully, they listened and did everything they could to get us to where we needed to be in understanding the program and how it works. Even going so far as to give us recorded how to step by step processes. It was very helpful. I am still working with the team leader to finally get every account balanced. They make themselves available, even agreeing to late night calls. The entire project was a challenge b/c we went live mid-month in mid-year (For those starting a project I suggest you don't do that) plus we were dealing with COVID and the whole challenge of working remotely. However we are at a good place with the programs thanks to their help and patience. I highly recommend Richa's team as they understand converting from Prolaw to Accounting Seed and Litify.

Excellent Support

Cloud Mentor's team was absolutely fantastic. We had a massive migration project from our old systems to Litify. Cloud Mentor had to pull data from numerous sources and integrate it all in a cohesive way. This presented a number of challenges. They were very thoughtful, diligent, and professional during the entire process. There was no challenge they were unable to handle. We even had delays with our launch and they accommodated our firm as much as possible. This is a great team that works hard. I highly recommend them.

Early communication about expectations is really important. Overall knowledge of the firm's final objectives is also really important to better resolve issues.

Best Team Experience for a huge conversion

When I first saw the Litify system, I was both excited and a tish overwhelmed. This system is massive in comparison to Clio, and incorporates accounting (seed). From day one the Cloud Mentor team has walked us through each step from working up all our customizations, to testing functionality and then working through the bumps due to the horrible data migration (or lack thereof) from Clio. Clio contained information we needed, but could never extract. Litify has even more information and we are able to extract everything! Having such a new, robust system would have been a hard challenge had we not had the strong team Cloud Mentor provided us. We have worked side by side and I can not overstate how professional, knowledgeable and easy communications have been with this team. We have explained how we operate & why, they have explained how the system works, why and how they can tweak this or that - its been a very collaborative relationship. While they have trained us well, I will miss working with this team and wish them all the best. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Cloud Mentor, take it. Your life will be all the better for this experience.
