We hit the ground running in our transition to Salesforce and work with CloudStack. We are a small team with big outputs and needed a lot out of our database. CloudStack was up for the challenge and has worked with us to create a phased approach to our migration, ensuring the transition is optimized for use and time without experiencing any major gaps in data collection or access. It hasn't been an easy project, no database migration is - but the patience and effort put into this project on behalf of the CloudStack team have not gone unnoticed. When we've experienced difficulty with timelines or technical glitches, they have worked with us to problem-solve as needed. Together, we created a consistent project management plan to address each phase, training needs, and technical issues.

The onboarding service was great. Jack Martins, the main contact at Cloudstack was very helpful, informative and had timely responses.

We engaged cloudStack to assist us with the development of a Client Case Management system. We were extremely pleased with the outcome as the solution met and exceeded our needs. As an added feature, cloudStack was able to integrate our system seamlessly with AccountingSeed to ensure that information flows directly into our accounting department. As a not for profit organization, cost is an important factor when considering the development of a platform. cloudStack consistently advised us on cost-effective alternatives, managed time effectively and advised us on the status of the overall budget as we were progressing. Working with the team at cloudStack was a pleasure as they were very professional, supportive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them as their knowledge of salesforce was top notch and they were willing to learn and understand how to integrate with another app that they had not previously work with.

Cloudstack has been like a genie in a bottle. Ken and his team were able to incorporate processes that has saved our Finance team hours of manual work and focus on more important tasks. They helped us develop an auto-generated remittance email to vendors once a payment was issued out of the accounting system that is integrated with Salesforce (Accounting Seed). Ken and his team routinely followed up with our team to understand our requirements and ensure what was built is exactly as we envisioned it. We are working on several other projects with Cloudstack, which we anticipate will increase efficiencies across the organization.

Our project was very unique in that we needed a donor management tool that could also manage client applications, construction projects, volunteers, and bids. cloudStack helped us develop a system that we can now do all of this in one system and gave us tool to continue to build out for future needs. Mark at cloudStack was very responsive and even researched and learned an app new to him so he could implement the best solution for our needs.

cloudStack were really helpful all the way through the project. They were quick at responding to emails, and even worked on the weekend to get the project done on time. They also made great recommendations on what we needed, based on their understanding of our business needs. I felt fully supported throughout the process, and am looking forward to working with them again in phase 2 of our development.

One of the things that really stood out for me in working with CloudStack was their passion to help NFP's become more data-driven organizations. They see the value of centralizing data to empower NFP's to help them more efficiently raise funds and connect with their community stakeholders.
