After an excellent discovery session, we engaged with Uptima to build and roll out salesforce field service and CRM. During this process, Uptima was extremely organized and diligent in managing the project. Their team got to know our business as well as we did, and helped us align our needs, workflows and processes into a salesforce org that works for us.

Uptima was effiicient and extremely knowledgeable about our industry (construction). They picked up on our unique business workflows and needs quickly and offered highly valuable solutions and configurations to make Salesforce work the way we needed it to work. After a failed implementation with a previous partner, there was hesitation and apprehension by stakeholders to even move forward with Salesforce, but Uptima's on-stie discovery sessions quickly dispelled any concerns.

Scoping and planning was extremely thorough. Work began on the project and progressed according to schedule for the duration of the project. Our project manager, Ravi (who was AMAZING), was abruptly and unexpectedly let go, which was quite a turn off for us. Things continued to progress thereafter, but certainly not with the structure and detail that Ravi had set. Toward the end of the project, we noticed that a tweak needed to be made in order for us to scale the solution. This was a miss on our end, but has yet to be remedied. Pricing was roughly double what had been estimated (not including the tweak we wanted made). Speaking with other resources, we learned that the original estimate was on the high end and doubling that was exorbitant. We ended up scaling back our solution to bring the cost down, but this was quite a shock. I'm unsure that we would pursue another project with them given this pricing discrepancy.

Erik and his team did a great job working with us to create a great platform for our field service team. The entire team worked with us to provide solution, both customer and out of the box, that met our needs.
