I partnered with Omnivo to implement Field Service for our post-sale team. This involved updating existing work flows to utilize Work Types and Skills. They scoped the project perfectly and executed each deliverable. They built sustainable solutions that can grow with us and explained the solutions so any issues could be managed internally after the conclusion of the project. Communication was consistent and timely, and Omnivo has a wide variety of specialists available to assist the project, include FSL SME's, developers, project managers, etc. My company and I are very happy with the end product!

We really enjoy working with Omnivo. In house, we only have admins, and we use Omnivo as our developers. At this point, we've partnered with them for over 5 years, and we find their input invaluable.

Omnivo's CEO, Adam Zuckerberg is a Salesforce subject matter expert. He presented comprehensive audit findings and offered solutions that would allow our Salesforce organizational structure to scale. His team, in particular Gloria Gordon, is incredibly responsive and friendly, a rare combination that is hard to find across any consulting engagement these days. We are excited about our potential partnership with Omnivo, and are confident they will meet our business needs. We can't wait to see the potential power of Salesforce we unlock together.

After discussing our needs with our SF rep, we were provided a few consultants to interview for our project. After multiple discussions regarding scope of the project and timelines with various consultants, we felt most comfortable moving forward with Omnivo. It was a great decision! Right from the beginning, Gloria & Adam immediately had a very detailed proposal ready for us to review while the other consultants would take a week or more to provide the same and when we ended up changing the scope, again they were there within 24 hours with a new detailed revision for us to review. My team was very impressed by this, as well as their ability to communicate efficiently to both our technical and operations people so that everyone equally understood the full scope without needing an engineering degree to keep up. Once we started working with our project lead, James, we were all so relieved and confident that we made a fantastic decision. After a few discovery discussions, it felt like James was a co-worker who fully understood the what our company does and what/how we needed to move forward to make it all happen. The major work was all behind the scenes, as James would digest the info we provided to him and then present a tangible product for us to just make tweaks to. I initially thought this was going to take so much time out of my schedule each week as the PM on my end and his expertise limited my exposure to just a few hours/week. James kept us not only within budget but also within the very tight timeline we agreed to in the scope and our company could not be happier!
