This being TLCs first venture into Inventory management (software based), I really had a very basic expectation on how everything would turn out because we had no schema for it. However, the product delivered far exceeded expectation. The team really helped set us up and explained system capabilities (basically endless). With the training provided I felt very confident leveraging salesforce as the TLC tracking solution for everything inventory/asset related.

Arbola was able to implement a first of its kind Statewide-State Vehicle Accident Reporting System for the State of New Jersey on the Salesforce Government Cloud and Lightning Cloud (Unlimited Edition) platform. The system has streamlined and expedited the processing, managing, and handling of these diverse accidents and incidents, while facilitating their resolution and disposition, at all phases, i.e. State Police Review Process, Division of Risk Management (DRM) Review Process, and the State Accident Review Board (ARB) process, to include the Board’s enforcement authority. The system, as configured, has empowered all State employees, State agencies and institutions, as well as State fleet vehicle coordinators, and transportation services personnel to upload, track, share, review and update all of the necessary photographic and voluminous documentary evidence, all in one platform. Moreover, this State-wide initiative and loss prevention measure has enabled the State to properly identify trends and liability-risk exposures by State employee, State agency and/or types of incidents, and to take proactive steps rather than reactive ones. In closing, the final product has far exceeded our expectations, and it even included a claim component for auto liability, auto subrogation, workers’ compensation, and comprehensive claims related to incidents involving the State’s vehicle fleet.
