Does it work with 2020 Edition?
Hey guys, this looks like a great solution for what I'm trying to do. I've installed the component but cannot get it to show up on my page. Could be something I'm doing wrong or could possibly be that it's not compatible with Summer 2020 Edition. Let me know your thoughts. I am on Enterprise edition.
Winter '17
Hi guys, will there be a Winter '17 version of this app? We've moved off Summer 16 already and the app isn't compatible at the moment. Paul

Hi Paul, I am sorry about that. The version name might have confused you. It was meant to be Summer 2016 and above. I think the problem is your account in salesforce does not have permission to access Apex Classes. Let's troubleshoot the problem together: First could you please check if you under the Professional Edition? If you are under professional edition and need to have permission to access Apex Classes, you will need to upgrade your Salesforce edition from Professional or Group Edition to Enterprise Edition or higher. Second if you have the right edition, has your salesforce admin given you permission to access apex classes? Or your admin can install this for you. Thanks, Cynthia

Hi Cynthia, Thanks for coming back to me on this. Here's the error that we received when installing. "Your request to install package "Fast Orders (Console) Summer 2016" was unsuccessful. None of the data or setup information in your salesforce.com organization was affected. If your install continues to fail, contact Salesforce CRM Support through your normal channels and provide the following information. Organization: TVL (00DD0000000oSKB) User: Paul Carass (005D0000004WNmi) Package: Fast Orders (Console) (04t28000000Gkib) Problem: 1. Apex Classes(classes/CreateOrdersExt.cls) Missing feature Installing this package requires the following feature and its associated permissions: Apex Classes" I created a ticket with Salesforce Support and they came back and said; "As I checked, this Package " Fast Orders For Console " was made last Summer 16 release and was not yet uploaded a new version for Winter 17 release that's the reason why your not unable to install it because your Org is currently on Winter 17 version already. Please try to contact third party application provider to for support. Troubleshooting for third party applications, packages, or programs isn't provided by Salesforce Support unless specifically stated in the provider information of the application you're using." Is this the case, that I have to wait for an updated version for Winter 17? This looks like a fantastic add, and I am really looking forward to trying it out. Paul

Hi Paul, It should work with the org still. Does it give any errors for you at the moment?
I'm having the same issue. Not sure what I'm missing here.
