Easy shipping label generation within Salesforce

Zenkraft has made it much easier to generate and send return shipping labels directly from Salesforce for our CCM device returns. The integration is smooth and helps streamline our reverse logistics process by reducing manual steps and improving turnaround time. It has also improved visibility and consistency in handling returns. I would definitely recommend zenkraft to other teams looking to simplify and automate the return shipments process within Salesforce.

Keeps my business running

Quick and easy integration with Salesforce

We've been using Zenkraft as an intergration with Salesforce for all our shipping needs for years. It is quick and efficient to use. All the shipping data is stored and already ready when we go to ship an order. I can see the tracking details in real time, which is helpful for my logisitics work. Thanks!

Wonderful Experience

Zenkraft has been the first and only shipping solution we use with our Salesforce and we are super happy. The customer service is beyond incredible. Any issues or tech support that is needed, we can schedule a quick meeting and things gets done! No million and one back and forth emails just to solve a problem. We use FedEx as our shipper with ZK and everything works smoothly and super efficiently! What take 5 minutes or more on the FedEx site takes 1 minute or less with ZK and SF!

Extremely Simple and Dynamic Powers when Using in Flows!

ZK allows you to use simple record creation for Shipping Preferences and Address Sources to set up your carrier accoount details. Then you can seemlessly use prebuilt Apex Actions/Code in powerfule screenflows to give your users the flexiubility of creating shipments from any carrier's API, with any shipping speed, to any location... outbound and returns. This is a must for anyone who has shipment records of any kind in Salesforce. Oh, and the support is A1 for sure! Thank you Kyle G!

Best in Class for a Reason

We wanted a shipping solution that was Salesforce-native and our research led us directly to Zenkraft. Setup was super easy because their documentation is thorough and publicly accessible (which seems like a rarity now), and our first test shipment went off without a hitch. And we're just scratching the surface of what the software is capable of. Their Sales and CS teams are also incredibly responsive and helpful, even for a SMB customer like us, which is nice. Overall, we're really happy we went with Zenkraft.
