Easy to implement and has heavily automated our shipment proccess

Before Zenkraft my company's shipment process was very manual, UPS orders were created through worldship and did not communicate with our ERP requiring order information be manually maintained. Zenkraft has allowed for us to generate tracking labels on our ERP and feed shipment related information directly back into our system for reporting. I would highly recommend their services.

Wonderful Experience

Zenkraft has been the first and only shipping solution we use with our Salesforce and we are super happy. The customer service is beyond incredible. Any issues or tech support that is needed, we can schedule a quick meeting and things gets done! No million and one back and forth emails just to solve a problem. We use FedEx as our shipper with ZK and everything works smoothly and super efficiently! What take 5 minutes or more on the FedEx site takes 1 minute or less with ZK and SF!
