We worked with a team of true Salesforce professionals—knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable. The project was delivered on time and according to the initial scope. However, I'd recommend that future clients either have solid in-house Salesforce knowledge or designate someone on their side who can clearly articulate requirements, especially when it comes to Salesforce-specific terminology. The focus on timely delivery sometimes came at the cost of flexibility for mid-project adjustments. Also, be aware that change requests outside the original scope were priced at a premium.
