Not straightforward, support is mediocre
I've integrated a number of applications into our Salesforce instance. We had a dedicated project to help the integration - we didn't get it across the line and so the project management team sunsetted the project. When we asked for notes so we could self support they were gone. When we have re-created the integration, there are very hidden aspects of manually mapping things that should have come from Intacct or default values within the system that need to be then manually mapped. It is our system of record, so we have to do this, but really poor implementation by Intacct here.
