The CRM Firm has built and integrated systems to support tracking every aspect of our organization from creating pathways to automate and sort information for families that we serve while there babies are in the Neonatal ICU to systematizing communication and support at discharge. These systems have allowed our small team to expand our capacity which means more families have access to support. The CRM Firm has created pathways for us to see clearly our donors and hospital partnerships which allows us to utilize the data more efficiently and increase our retention and communication. We worked with CRMF on a large-scale project converting all of our existing Process Builders and Workflows over to Flow. We had a wonderful experience working with them. Matthew, the consultant we worked with, took the time to educate and think through the best ways to optimize our automation. He was always transparent with the progress of the work and good about trying to understand our business processes so he could better recommend solutions. We will definitely use their expertise in the future.
