A masterclass in what not to do

We hired Ad Victoriam as a partner to assist with implementing Revenue Cloud - specifically product catalog management, quote creation, and document generation. It was made clear from the beginning that we wanted a process that could be maintained internally. The project was poorly organized, the team was unprofessional and seemed unaware of basic implementation best practices (like internal testing before UAT), and the hand off was lacking in documentation that would allow us to maintain the process internally. Five months after "go live" we are still trying to complete some of the items that should have been covered by the SOW. Beware.

We've partnered with Advictoriam Solutions since 2020 when we moved to Health Cloud. They have a thorough understanding of how Health Cloud is structured and have customized our setup to meet the unique needs of our business. Properly managing our provider network is a key part of our business. We wanted to build a self service portal that would allow providers to update their profiles, office locations, business licenses, and availability. Also have access to their client authorizations and submit sessions for payment. Advic fully captured our requirements and built out the self service provider community with real time updates back into our system.
