Working with Skye (and BtH generally) was a very enjoyable and helpful experience. We worked with them to help supplement a gap on the team - we worked on a combination of longer-term general CRM projects (including launching a new Experience Cloud site, and laying the groundwork for us to shift into a new Salesforce instance) as well as ad-hoc requests and areas of support as they occurred (including things like bugs/errors and improving our current processes). Skye was extremely thorough and thoughtful in her approach to working with us - she always brought a clear agenda, ensured she understood our priorities and areas we wanted to focus on, and was very clear with how much time she had to allot to varying requests and tasks. She has an incredible amount of knowledge - she was always able to answer our questions, or had the resources to help us figure things out very quickly. She also had a knack for connecting the dots and helping us figure out ways we could improve how we use our systems to best support our work. Finally she's just a lovely human being and meeting with her was always enjoyable :).

They started by providing background on the basics of the integration and then worked with us to create customizations within Salesforce to modify the data flowing in from Classy so that it was in line with our business processes. It was a more involved project than we had anticipated and BTH helped us navigate as the scope of the project evolved. We are thrilled to have the data flow directly into Salesforce, saving time and resources previously spent on manually importing the data.

- BTH demonstrated outstanding responsiveness and flexibility in managing our requests for enhancements to a custom-built solution on Salesforce for our company. Their expertise and rapid response have greatly enhanced the solution's functionalities and the overall user experience. The new features developed through these enhancements have been utilized over 500 times by our project procurement team since their implementation. - We also faced some challenges due to the recent change in BTH team, particularly with the transition on the new admin. it has necessitated a complete retraining process, which has been time-consuming and has temporarily impacted our operational efficiency. Consistency in team composition and smoother transitions for new members would enhance the continuity and effectiveness of the support we receive. - Excellent product and environment/architecture knowledge. - Opportunity for Improvement: better communication on resources availability proactively. Would be great if BTH can update their availability and share through Outlook invites on an ongoing basis.
