What is great about OSI (aside from their amazing responsiveness) is that they REALLY dig down to understand the business models deeply, and then use their vast knowledge of the inner workings of SF to give us the best solutions. At least three times during our work together they mentioned functionalities that were never mentioned at all by our implementation partner. OSI took a system that had been built out already but was not really useable, and then turned that around, made it useable, and then added even more functionality to make things more useful. I guess the other thing I like about OSI is that they ask REALLY good clarifying questions - this makes all the difference when you are building out functionalities and the nuances really count. I consider them an excellent sounding board for anything we are considering doing, because those questions solidify and codify "tribal knowledge" that otherwise might not get captured, and they have an uncanny ability to identify gaps in our thinking and offer workarounds. Very pleased with their attitude and responsiveness, their team, and their work product!

OSI has been a crucial partner in our project, both in and out of Salesforce. Our project was multi-faceted, and involved setting up complex automations, business logic, and integrations with 3rd party and custom external tools. OSI was consistently thoughtful in their approach and took ownership of ensuring the work done in Salesforce met our needs and wants, while simultaneously maintaining best practices. This project involved custom apex, highly complex flows, Canvas (for surfacing our external app), and 3rd party API integrations. The work done has led to valuable process improvements for our internal teams and a big win for our project team.

EDF always has exceptional experiences working with Harpreet Singh and his team to produce innovative, elegant solutions for our Climate Corps Experience Portal. For the most recent engagement, OSI helped us expand on our use of screen flows within custom LWC components so the EDF team can internally manage more elements of our portal and more nimbly accommodate business requirements changes in the future. They also continued to help us improve the look and feel of different parts of the portal and further enhance custom LWCs. Harpreet has a deep understanding of EDF's business process, is expert at requirements gathering, is creative and innovate in his designs, and he and his team are, of course, technically impressive. On top of that, they are a joy to work with. All of this means our projects with the OSI team are always smooth, always meet or surpass our expectations, and always ship on time or early. Beyond the scoped work, EDF really values having Harpreet as a resource for challenges that pop up because we know he'll always have ideas to try or information to share.
