CSM Time Tracking Success in SaaS

Our CSM team is now able to log time supporting client work directly within Salesforce connected to opportunities - making it simple to review and report on time purchased vs. time burned. Our team can simply enter time as they go, or EOD/EOW - and associate specific tasks w/ context notes for each entry. The ease of use, combined with reporting flexibility has been quite beneficial. Additionally, the team at PK4 Technologies has been very supportive in helping us configure the app according to our requirements. They are always available to assist us whenever we have questions or need support while using the application

Saves Time, Offers Great Support.

Our users primarily rely on the Manual Entry component to record time in timesheets and for Salesforce campaigns and projects. The TimeTracker app saves time by automatically logging entries under the correct project. Since the system didn’t fully meet our needs, we made several adjustments to better align it with how we track and display time. Despite some issues, the PK4 Technologies team remained responsive and supportive, ensuring the system meets our requirements.
