Our team hired RaiseNGO to develop a custom app to meet our specific needs around advocacy and relationship management outside the typical use case of NPSP for fundraising/donor management. We are working more in a strategic relationship building environment than a donation-seeking environment, and we were able to create new fields, objects, account types, reports, and more to cater to those needs. RaiseNGO brought a willingness and skill to learn quickly about our unique requirements and to design a solution with our input and approval. They also were flexible in adjusting scope and features along the way, helpful in providing detailed training and staff onboarding materials, and generous in their support after launch. We now have a robust system in place which has put our organization in a position to share information and identify strategic opportunities like never before.

RaiseNgo consultants were very to the point in how they worked to understand how our ORG works to the new integration with the existing systems and processes. They also analysed our current operations and suggested ways to improve our workflow and work better with Salesforce, integrating with WSForms and Mailchimp. After that and the implementation and customisation to our Salesforce needs, we had the opportunity to test everything in the sandbox, look for ways to improve it and try if it was working the way we needed. The team of consultants were very professional, helpful, and creative, and we felt that they understood our needs and were very helpful in responding to all our questions and suggestions. Knowing every project phase and checking that we met the deadlines was beneficial. In the end, all deadlines were met, something crucial for our administrative functioning. At the end of 3 months, we now have: - our forms are working with Salesforce, which helps us with the maintenance of our database, payment information and automatic communication with our "customers". - our database is organised in Salesforce and linked to Mailchimp in order to send more targeted emails to audience segments. - our donors automatically receive donation receipts, -our administrative work reduced by about 60% This strategic investment was essential to reduce workload time and give our customers and donors a good experience as they are connected to our org.
