I found VASS amazing from the time of the RFQ to going live. What I really liked initially was they challenged my thinking, rather than just accept what I thought I needed was what I actually needed! The Discovery process was tough but amazing as we learnt things about our own company we didn't know previously. The culture of the team was superb, it felt like they were my team and it was so cool to see ow quickly they became expert in our domain. never mind their Salesforce domain. They worked unbelievanly hard to deliver on time and on budget and in many areas they went above sand beyond the scope of the contract such as using HTML skills to enahnce our user portal. Not only would I have no hesitation in recommending them, I will work with them again.

The “ORG Enhancements” project was a Salesforce implementation led by VASS for Mediolanum, focused on optimising the existing org setup, improving lead and contact management, and enhancing marketing automation capabilities via the set-up and configuration of the Vision-e Scan app which unlocked live OCR reading of business cards at events for instant upload into the CRM funnel. VASS were deeply involved and highly responsive at all stages, from refining the scope and mapping the rocks, to working directly with the 3rd part app developer as well as inhouse IT during the technical stages, to testing and expert onboarding and training to close the project successfully. We are really happy with the expert guidance from Stephen Troy from VASS to ensure the Statement of Work (SoW) reflected all necessary deliverables and ensuring we as clients were always firmly in the loop and satisfied as clients.

Tim is such an expert in his field , he is such a valuable team member and asset to VASS , Nothing phased him during this project, he knew the capabilities of the system inside and out , no matter what obstacle we met he found and recommended a viable solution . Apart from his expertise, knowledge and attention to detail , he is such a lovely person to deal with and so giving of his time . Steph the PM was so organized and kept us all on track and also a lovely approachable person . The Project Team worked so well together.
