We have worked with the Apptituda team for many years now, originally jointly on taking Sage Financials and their apps to market and subsequently working with them to improve our own Sales Cloud and implementing Service Cloud to embed Customer Success methodologies into our business and assist us technically integrating into Sage Intacct. They continue to impress with their technical appreciation and understanding of the SF ecosystem and are extremely collaborative and give excellent advice if we are tempted to over engineer, which is rare in the IT world. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing to implement SF or consult on the deeper technical requirements of their apps which work with SFDC.

Apptituda supported us to develop a connector between Salesforce and a 3rd party messaging platform

We were introduced to Apptituda many years ago to help one of our customers to improve their Salesforce connection to their messaging platform. Apptituda helped to fix some underlying issues with the existing App, prior to a complete re-architecture of the solution including authentication, API integration and intelligent field matching, to provide a robust new interface for Salesforce users of their messaging platform. We were impressed at how responsive and supportive Apptituda were and continued working with them for some time as a result.

Great company who helped to further enhance and support our data connector App

We were looking for a Salesforce developer to enhance and support our existing B2B data platform connector App and came across Apptituda. They had to unravel the existing app in order to add new functionality that we required as well as help with minor bugs that existed before they took over development. We are very happy with the results as well as the ongoing support which includes managing our Salesforce security reviews from start to finish, updating our App listing and partner details and liaising with our prospects and customers if we need it.
