We have worked with InCloud for a number of years. We had an urgent need, and we were able to get a SOW signed and someone assisting us in a matter of days. When they are working on our projects InCloud is truly an extension of our team.

Incloud did an amazing job to support us with our new Customer Communications Preference Centre launched within our myaccount website and mobile app. They were mandated to provide technical guidance on the architecture, as well as coordinate all the cross-functional teams involved within our organization (web team, app team, marketing automation team, data team, and assigned testers) every step of the way, including UAT. The project had begun prior to a pretty major reorg and was mostly carried out after the reorg. Despite the big changes and some gaps in information following the changes in the organization, our partners at Incloud were flexible, patient, and persistent. Incloud was the sherpa we needed to get this project to a successfull delivery.
