Police Now engaged Lightful to scope and build a Salesforce system to replace our current, disused, Salesforce system. We wanted to make Salesforce the single version of the truth for our organisation and eliminate the use of numerous spreadsheets to manage our data and processes. We chose Lightful due to their approach / understanding and thorough engagement with PNs vision and mission throughout the tendering process. They were aligned with ensuring we improved on our impact within communities across the country. Lightful managed the scoping and analysis process and started the build in March 2021. Our main cloud is Sales Cloud, and the project did not include any major integrations. We worked with several roles within the Lightful team: Project managers, business analysts, admins, and developers. We found most of the team to be professional and helpful. During phases 2&3 of the project we established a very good working relationship with the team. Lightful were engaged with the scoping process and were able to turn the business analysis & build stages very efficiently. We were able to collaborate on all the workshops and feedback sessions and deploy the build smoothly. They quickly picked up on lessons learnt through our phase 1 implementation ensuring continuous improvement throughout phase 2 which ensured any learning throughout the project was addressed and implemented. We also found that it is critical to have some salesforce expertise in-house to be able to validate the analysis, build and field user questions effectively.

Lightful have had a great positive impact on our organisation. During the ten days of support, we received insightful direction on our data model and we can now capture information comprehensively and efficiently. The project manager was very experienced, professional, friendly and very patient. Communication was extremely smooth. Lightful enhanced our operations, fundraising and project management approach for both our UK and Kenya programmes. I hope the relationship can can continue.

The team at Lightful provided us with fantastic support with our Salesforce set up, fixing some of the issues we had effectively and communicating well to us throughout about the solutions available.

We engaged this partner to implement some iterations on an existing product based on Salesforce. The existing product tests very well with our users and meets a clear need. The iterations are relatively minor but will improve such things as usability for assistive technology users. The work is yet to be delivered but given the partner's previous work on the product we expect it to be well tested and designed.

We engaged Lightful as supplier partner for the Rhodes Trust to implement our digital transformation vision, and are in the process of implementing Salesforce Lightning NPSP, with Salesforce Communities for our alumni community serving 5,000 globally spread stakeholders. We felt that Lightfuls' values and ethos were very aligned to ours and were pleased that they were keen to pursue B corp status and continue to work exclusively with non-profits. We have benefited from their agility, patience and positive approach that has remained constant throughout a difficult working period heavily impacted by Covid-19. I recommend that future customers take the time to co-create an agreed methodology/way of working with Lightful, because this approach has helped the engagement process and quality of deliverables for the project.

Lightful delivered an excellent programme of work for us. They initially worked with us to scope out our needs. We needed guidance even to know what was possible! In the end this turned out to be multi-faceted but included the introduction of Pardot, the build of some crucial payment and sign-up pages integrated to our website and much improved data reporting/dashboards. Central to all of this was not just delivery of suitable solutions, but excellent guidance and support on the practical, real-world application of this work, training the team and taking us through developments step by step. The communication from the team was always excellent, with their team feeling like an extension of our own and a real sense that we were in on it all together.

Expertise and professionalism of the team can be seen in their interactions, ability to handle hard deadlines and accommodate change on request. Dealing with situations is easily carried out and the team are great listeners and developers, identifying functionality to support requirements.

Lightful is an increasingly valued partner - frankly I'm not sure what we would do without them. I have had some terrible experiences with tech partners in the past, so the thing I am particularly grateful for is their commitment to serving the client, and really trying to understand my business needs. Their design ability is also stellar - people often can't believe that a product that looks so good can have such robust functionality behind it. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
