Sourabh has been an outstanding partner since 2022, most recently transitioning with me from active development into ongoing maintenance and operations in January. That transition has been seamless, a testament to how well he knows our Salesforce environment and my team. While my project doesn't require his full availability, he manages his time across multiple commitments without ever making me feel like a lower priority. He is consistently responsive and communicative whenever I need him, which means a lot. His skills are excellent, and his institutional knowledge of our system, the history, the issues I've encountered, and the best ways to solve them is invaluable.
