I enjoyed working with the AC team because it’s evident that they love their product and were happy to engage in finding efficient ways to reach our implementation goals. Customer support and overall implementation gets the highest rating possible. The team is a joy with which to work and are very responsive to our needs.

Our project manager was incredibly prompt and responsive. But the AC/Salesforce documentation is not written for someone new to Salesforce and despite being voluminous, it doesn't walk you through the steps very easily. Part of my frustration is with Salesforce itself as opposed to AC. It's just an incredibly cumbersome system and steps that would be simple in Google, like making a form, take SO many more steps in Salesforce.
