BackOffice Thinking approaches projects in a very thorough and well organized manner. They have very clear communication about project status and really helped keep us on track with our side of the project. We're very excited to be using the LOCATE app to organize our program data in ways that we can leverage to leverage to help us achieve our conservation goals.

BackOffice Thinking is a well organized company and their expertise with nonprofits and specifically Land Trusts is a huge help. Our project went smoothly and they were flexible with our busy and changing schedules.

Our partner was very thorough and detail-oriented. They were very good at minimizing the workload on our end. Nonetheless, we still needed to devote plenty of time to the project, such as updates, responses, meetings, etc.

BackOffice Thinking did a good and thorough job of assessing our needs and tailoring a feasible approach. They also did a good job of keeping us on track and within budget, offering alternative at many key points to help us retool. More importantly, they understood our day-to-day and accommodated our fluxes in scheduling. Their communication skills were particularly good, and they were quick to check in and resolve issues if we had a difference in understanding.

Our land trust stewardship staff have really benefited from working with BackOfficeThinking on our LOCATE database. After increasing our stewardship staff and adding a lot of new projects, we needed a way to organize our data, compile reports, and increase communication about projects. It was great working with BOT since they have a lot of experience with land trusts and understood our needs and challenges, while also being able to offer examples of how other land trusts have used LOCATE and help us create a customized solution. As we worked through the project, they were very responsive, which is helpful when I had focused time to work on the database, and blocks of time where I needed to work on other projects. Their scoping process was also helpful as it allowed us to get our data organized and think through our specific goals and needs before launching the project.

The BOT team did an excellent job helping us understand what was needed before implementation and giving estimates of time commitment and work needed for each stage. They were very flexible when we had setbacks on our side and helped us strategize to finish the project while working around those setbacks. They were easy to communicate with and made a rather hefty task fun!

Backoffice Thinking was extraordinarily well organized, deeply attentive, and incredibly transparent during our implementation process. Their desire to do well for us fueled our own desire to do well for them. We appreciate their open communication style, the weekly check ins, the rolling timeline and budget that was always available, their willingness to let us think through decisions before requiring an answer, their proficiency with Salesforce, the interest they took in getting to know our organization's needs, and the suite of support options they offer into the future. I can't recommend the BoT team highly enough!

We spent the appropriate amount of time exploring scope and our needs. I felt the team really understood our organization and was able to help guide us through the process and help us improve our processed for the future. When you're entrusting someone with ALL of your data it's a huge deal...and I felt the entire time that we were in safe, very capable hands. We now have a custom database that will help us improve and group the organization.
