Performa have been pivotal for the execution of the project, very friendly a joy to work with.

We wanted to develop a simplified digital experience for collecting leads that still enabled us to restrict who could submit and lead and when. We were able with Performa's help to very quickly mock, refine and deploy an experience that met our needs. This has been transformative in how we collect leads for our service, reduced barriers and operating costs.

We needed to add a layer to our hierarchy of accounts for reporting and service management purposes. The team at perform pulled together diagrams of relational hierarchies during scoping that helped us ensure the flow of the new data through our process, mitigate and manage potential risks added by this change.

We worked with this Performa to develop and maintain a platform that helps us deliver home energy interventions for for residents in the UK. Using Salesforce Lightning the team's supported us in rolling out various and digital experiences to manage the elements of our delivery flow. We trusted Performa to deliver based on our experience with them on previous project. We'd found them knowledgeable and able to deliver Salesforce solutions that met our needs and considered the risks to our service users. We're also able to flex the team to meet the seasonality of our deliverables which is a big benefit for us in managing our budget effectively.

Performa's contribution in helping us design and develop the Credit form was critical to ensure that we provide adequate funding required for the patients to keep their homes warm and well. This is a significant piece of work in our productisation journey and frankly the support of Performa in advocating the use of right components in Salesforce and designing the experience around it was exceptional. Great value for our money.

Handling patient queries is critical to evaluate our service effectiveness. Without a big bang investment in support tools, Performa's advise to build small, test and scale for a wider group made perfect sense. We went with that approach to create a minimal set of components to help track and report against patient queries and the resolution delivered.

This is a legal requirement for Warm Home Prescription, which is to delete patient records from our system beyond the consent period. Performa's approach in creating a long term solution that will help us anonymise records on a fairly regular basis was just the right kind of advise we needed to implement to meet this statutory/compliance reqiurement.

It was a wonderful experience working with this team, which helped deliver a product on Salesforce that is meant to deliver health and wellbeing outcomes. Due to the nature of the project, we are extremely cost-conscious, as every penny saved could be potentially delivered as benefit to a household. Throughout the project engagement, Performa IT showed great resilience in navigating with us through the changes, wonderful camaraderie in understanding the cause and together exploring alternative cost effective ways to achieve the outcomes.
